With Sena’s Mesh Intercom™, users can communicate hands-free from helmet to helmet with other mesh users (R1 EVO, M1 EVO) within a radius of 900 meters after just pressing one button. Multi-Channel Open Mesh supports 9 channels with different frequencies for switching between individual groups. Thanks to the flexible mesh technology, users are allowed to increase and decrease the range, or even leave the action radius while the rest of the group stays connected. Audio is transmitted through integrated speakers located above the rider’s ears, allowing ambient sounds such as traffic to be heard, unlike in-ear headphones. The redesigned speakers are designed to keep the helmet as compact as possible. The microphone is located on the front of the helmet; thanks to Sena’s patented Advance Noise Control™ technology, background noise is filtered out to transmit the voice clearly.

The R2 EVO features a built-in rear light that improves rider visibility on the road. With three brightness settings, you can improve your visibility in different lighting situations. Of course, the R2 EVO is appropriately safety certified and is made of a protective in-mold polycarbonate shell. The helmet is lined with removable and washable inner padding and features a smooth nylon chin strap and twist closure for superior protection and a secure fit.

Bluetooth 5.2 technology allows you to connect to your smartphone so you can make calls, listen to music or GPS navigation, and even connect to fitness apps. Use the Sena Cycling app to conveniently control the R2 EVO’s features or even create user groups, manage taillight settings, select voice prompt language, and access the quick start guide on the go.
